Hi,

I just had this bluescreen while playing a game and have had some in the past and would now like to see if it may be hardware related and might need to send back one of my parts. Thanks for assisting!

Hi Abarden,

Welcome to the Seven Forums!

I'm going to need 1 more log file to deduce the problem.

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to: Start > Type: msconfig.exe - Press Enter
  2. Go to the tab 'Boot'
  3. Bottom of the window there are check-boxes, tick the one called 'Boot log'
  4. Press Apply/OK
  5. Shutdown the PC
  6. Wait 10 seconds
  7. Turn on PC
  8. Go to - C:\Windows and find a file called ntbtlog.txt
  9. Upload this file to this thread
Once you have uploaded the file, I will take a look and we'll see what we can do from there.

Thanks for uploading these files.

Your problem is with Networx.

To rectify this, do the following:

  1. Uninstall Networx from the Control Panel
  2. Download CCleaner: CCleaner - Download
  3. In CCleaner there will be 2 tabs - 'Windows' & 'Applications'; in 'Windows' tick/select the settings as I have attached in a picture below, In Applications, tick/select everything.
  4. Press 'Run Cleaner'
  5. Then go to the 'Registry' Window: Scan For Issues > Fix Issues > Make A Backup (on your desktop) > Press 'Fix All'.
  6. After this Download Defraggler: https://www.piriform.com/defraggler
  7. Open Defraggler > Select a Drive > Analyse (Please make a note of Fragmented Files in GB and post here) > Defrag
  8. Repeat Step 6 for all drives - Except SYSTEM RESERVED - If it shows up in the list.
  9. After this, go to: Start > Type in 'cmd' > Right-click on 'cmd' > Run as administrator
  10. Type: SFC /SCANNOW > Press Enter - Let this run fully.
  11. Restart the PC
Please note: defragging will take some time, please be patient.

Also:
Don't reinstall Networx yet. We need to be 100% sure that it is the problem.
Let me know how it goes.

Thanks,
