Welcome aboard, Vishwak :)

You are having a Bugcheck 3B, for which the probable causes are System service, Device driver, graphics driver, memory. (source: BSOD Index)
But your crash dump is not indicating anything specifically
Code:

In such a situation, it is the best to turn Driver Verifier on.
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/101379-driver-verifier-enable-disable.html

You need to update some drivers:
Code:
2: kd> lmvm igdkmd64
start end module name
fffff880`102ac000 fffff880`110bcb00 igdkmd64 (deferred)

    Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
2: kd> lmvm intcdaud
start end module name
fffff880`05cd5000 fffff880`05d2b000 IntcDAud (deferred)

2: kd> lmvm l1c62x64
start end module name

So update the following drivers:

  • Conexant SmartAudio HD
  • Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000
  • Atheros AR8162/8166/8168 PCI-E Fast Ethernet Controller (NDIS 6.20)
I would suggest you to uninstall Advanced system care.
Code:
asctray.exe [COLOR=Red][B]c:\program files (x86)\iobit\advanced systemcare 5\asctray.exe[/B][/COLOR] 468 8 200 1380 9/9/2012 3:18 PM 5.0.0.211 1.57 MB (1,647,448 bytes) 2/9/2012 1:40 AM
It's not of any help, but creates a huge lot of problems in Windows7.

It seems that, despite of using Intel HD Graphics, you have nvidia display driver installed in your system.
Code:
nvlddmkm nvlddmkm [COLOR=Red][B]c:\windows\system32\drivers\nvlddmkm.sys[/B][/COLOR] Kernel Driver No Manual Stopped OK Ignore No No
If you dont use nvidia anymore, remove it.

Report us back.
