Looks like a hardware error.

Test RAM:

Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 6 passes.

Test hard drive: | Seagate

Are you overclocking at all? If so, restore it to defaults.

Test temps: SpeedFan - Access temperature sensor in your computer

Post any new dumps you may get.
