BSOD errors 0x00000124, 0x000003b whenever I play any games

Hi I have been having BSODs on my PC. Primarily errors 124 and 3b

I have gone through this forums BSOD 124 help/support and cannot narrow it down.

I did download the BlueScreen Viewer program to help identify what was creating the issue, which always seems like hal.dll and ntoskrnl.exe originates the crash or nvlddmkm.sys when its a 3b.

I have ran diagnostics on my PC to check for errors and most have come back fine. Such as memtest86 (8hrs) and furmark. I have also tried Prime95, and the one thing I noticed is that core #5 does not work on the test, I do not know it is faulty or not, but wanted to post before purchasing another processor.
