BSOD errors from a few different sources

Hi everyone, I've just installed a fresh copy of Win7 x64 on my system.

I was having BSOD's from atimkdiag.sys, but after uninstalling Catalyst Control Center/AMD Vision Engine those have ceased.

After this i tried running EVE Online and Blacklight: Retribution, but I get glitchy graphics and sound errors and am unable to log in to either game to play. Even after closing the games, Google Chrome had the same issue and crashed upon opening repeatedly.

I've also run Windows Memory Diagnostic. No errors were found.

My system specs:
Athlon 6400+ x2 3.2ghz Dual Core
4GB ram
Radeon HD 5750
450 watt Corsair PSU
ASUS M2N-SLI motherboard

Attached are the files as instructed in the Sevenforums tutorial

Thanks in advance for any help. (:
