BSOD errors irq not less or equal too among other errors.

I built the system for a friend and I've never had BSOD errors. Please help me try to pinpoint the cause.

They happen at all times, I've counted 6 in less than an hour then none for 8-9 hours but they always come back.

As you have mentioned in your post, the problem is memory. To test, run for 6 passes, then take each stick and test each for 6 passes.

Thanks for the help.
I ran memtest for 10 passes (18hrs) and no errors. I will watch it and update with another dump if it happens again. I have seen random reboots with no BSOD's.
