BSOD every day - seems random. Help!

Hi there, running W7 Ultimate x64, and system seems to randomly crash with the BSOD 'DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE'. I've attached the dump files and the perfom/report .html file.

Can anyone help?

Seems like disk corruption. Run Disk checker
