Hi
I have a PC with 2 x HD6990.
Once every few days of continuous load of HD6990 GPUs at 99% a BSOD appears. It happened before in the past before reinstalling Win7, but somehow after some time it did not appear any more. 2 weeks ago I had to reinstall Win7 and problem occured again. I tried to uninstall Catalyst drivers, install again, but it did not help.

In the past I tried to remove one of HD6990 and installed into another PC (tried on 2 other). After installing video card in another PC also a BSOD appeared, but without this card - all was fine.
A BSOD appears almost regularly every 4 days , so complete check took few weeks.

When I installed HD6990 from a PC where BSOD never happened - also on this PC there was no more BSOD.
I suspect the problem is in HD6990 card, but is it really possible ?

Let's assume it is faulty graphic card. It is still under warranty, but how to prove to seller that card is faulty ? He would have to connect it to PC and use at 99% GPU usage for at least 4 days.

GPU temps are: 63, 64, 63, 64

I uploaded 2 dumps here: http://www.gsm-support.pl/download/dmp/dmp.rar

Please take a look and tell me what You think. Thank You.

Best Regards
Wojtek

   Tip
Configure dumps

First, we want to make sure the computer is saving your dump files. Go to Control Panel -> System -> Advanced System Settings -> Startup and Recovery [Settings] Make sure that "Write Debugging Information" is set to Small Memory Dump (256kb) if it is not already.
Next, make sure that the folder C:\Windows\Minidump exists. If not, create it (allow permission if asked). Make sure any dumps you want to analyze, whether yours or others', are in this folder. You can ZIP/RAR the files and send them to someone else to analyze as well.

Then please follow Blue screen posting instructions, grab all, zip and upload to this thread.
