BSOD every other day, driver power state fail

I finally got a chance to catch this BSOD just a few minutes ago. It seems to happen after my laptop sleeps and I resume Windows, but I am not entirely sure. The other times it has happened while I was away and I'd come back to a freshly restarted PC.

Your observation is right, the BSODs are caused by some ACPI components, disk related.

Dont let the HDD to go to sleep, at least as a test?

Also you need to install Service pack 1 and all other windows updates. Otherwise the system will remain vulnerable to threats.

Done as said, haven't noticed a BSOD yet. I'll mark this as solved in a day or so just to make sure. This is a pretty fresh installation so I am actually in the process of updating windows and installing SP1. Thank you for your time.

Close the lid of the laptop a few times ..... then make it wake up. Does it BSOD in the same way?
