BSOD every time I close the computer

I don't think I've installed anything new...suddenly the pc shows BSOD every time I close.
There is no probs booting, working (several hours) and so on. The only problem is when I close it.
As I wrote no new driver or hard ware has been installed this year and the pc has been working flawless until 3 days ago. Memory test appears OK.

Thx for Your efforts but I decided to use a 3 months old backup (although I had to backup docs, msgs, mails and so on before I used the old backup) and everything is all right now. I'm sure some kind of message did the trick since no new software installation has occurred on this HD since 2012, nor new drivers. Anyway, it happened before my eyes without my knowledge and it would have been nice to know which kind of malware it was. Once again, THX!
