Hi.

I have encountered a BSOD from evserial.sys.

I have googled for help, but couldn't find anything.

I ran a WDBG, and the report is attached.

Does any of you have solution for the issue ?

Hi darkhorse, try uninstalling the evserial7 files and reinstalling ,as these are old virtual serial port drivers you will have to install in compatibility mode for WinXP ,here is a link to the correct installation procedure http://wiki.eltima.com/book/export/html/839 :)

@pebbly

Many thanks for your reply.

I will see, what I can do. The problem is -as far as I can see-, that the file is included with program I run for serial control, and as such it's needed to contact the developer for a solution.
What do you think ?.

BUT the software I use is VSPmgr from Steve K5FR.

http://k5fr.com/binary/VSPMsetup103.zip

Also I use his DDUtil, but think the issue shall be addressed to VSPmgr.

I have had an reply from him as I reported the issue on the Yahoo Group for it.
The reply was just, that he never have had that sort of issues.
