bsod f4 help please

asus p5gc-vm mobo
core 2 duo e2180 2ghz not overclocked
3gb ram
radeon hd4550 graphics

got up this morning none of my usb keyboard / mouse or game controller would work and chk dsk started when turned pc on after it finished windows rebooted and got a blue screen it tried to repair but to no avail.
i am unable to start normally have to start in safe mode
tried to follow the bsod posting instructions but system health report will not work
says,
An error occured while attempting to generate the report. The system cannot find the path specified.

when using blue screen view i have 3 dump files they say
1: caused by driver ntoskrnl.exe
2: caused by driver ntoskrnl.exe
3: caused by driver atikmdag.sys

attached is Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2 zip

any help is appreciated thanks in advance

The first thing that jumps out is asacpi.sys Yours is from 2005.

Asacpi.sys

The pre 2009 version of this driver is a known BSOD cause.

Scroll down to the utilities category, then scroll down to the "atk0110 driver for windowsxp/vista/windows 7 32&64-bit" (it's about the 12th item down).

Download and install it.

Go to c:\windows\system32\drivers to check and make sure that the asacpi.sys file is date stamped from 2009 or 2010 (not before).
