My PC got a few BSOD recently while playing FFXIV and watching videos on Chrome. Updated video driver to latest and BSOD still happened today. Please help me out. Sorry if I'm doing it wrong! tried my best to follow instruction.

Is Windows 7 . . .
- x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? 64bit
- the original installed OS on the system? No
- an OEM or full retail version? I think it's full retail version
- What is the age of system (hardware)? about 2yr
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) roughly 6months

Hello and welcome to Sevenforums.

:ar:BSOD Report

CM2793.sys
Do you happen to have a Snakebyte FFXIV gamepad controller installed on your system? If yes, it's recommended that you either update it, or delete it completely in terms if you're not using it.

Snakebyte Product

Avast Anti-virus
Your dump contains Avast problems, aswSP.SYS. IF you purchased Avast and have an active subscription, you should probably contact Avast Costumer Server. IF you're a free user of it, we'd recommend uninstalling it and use MSE instead. But it's optional.
Avast is a known causer to BSOD.

Very known BSOD causer
This one is very well known in a big matter. It's the ASACPI.sys, the 2006 and the 2009 versions are again a known BSOD causer, and this is the one you're using by the looks of it.

You should be able to update it on ASUS' website.

Best Regards,
Frederik.
