I am having random BSOD with my Win7 64bit professional. It seems to be related to my graphic card and maybe Flash but I am unable to confirm. I've uninstalled both and reinstalled and problem still exists.

When the BSOD happens, I usually have some website that has FLASH running (like Pandora and Facebook games), which is leading me to think its related to Flash and/or graphic card. It has never happened when doing other things.

Here are the error codes I get from Win7:

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.48
Locale ID: 1033

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 7f
BCP1: 0000000000000008
BCP2: 0000000080050031
BCP3: 00000000000006F8
BCP4: FFFFF800032930BC
OS Version: 6_1_7600
Service Pack: 0_0
Product: 256_1

Not sure if this info is relevant but I'll provide it.

I have Intel Core i5 750 2.67ghz
4gb Corsair ddr3 ram
Nvidia GTX 465
Corsair 750w PSU
Evga E655 mobo

Sorry if this has already been discussed. I tried searching but hasn't found anything with the same exact codes or problems.

If you wish to have others assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder. The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Start your own thread in the "Crashes and Debugging" section of the forum and attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
* Briefly describe the problem history and circumstances in the same post. Somebody will attend to your query as soon as possible.

This one is pretty straightforward. ZoneAlarm is causing the issue. Please remove it with this tool: http://download.zonealarm.com/bin/free/support/cpes_clean.exe

Remove AVG as well: http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/avg_arv_sup_____.dir/avgremoverx64.exe

Replace with MSE: http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials

Thanks. I'll try what you suggested. Guess the Flash thing is a total coincidence then. I will post a response if I don't experience BSOD for a couple of days straight.

So far so good. Running Pandora for a few hours now without issuesNot sure the problem is 100% fixed cause it happens randomly. If I don't post again then that means the fix worked. . Thanks! I have to say, that is the fastest fix from a forum I've ever experienced. Usually it takes days for people to respond and help out. Greatly appreciated.
