BSOD for PAGE_FAULT in ntosknl.exe on ASUS AM2 M4A78-HTPC

Have an ASUS AM2 M4A78-HTPC (2011)
Windows7 Ultimate (OEM) re installed on clean formatted HDD Dec 2011 and up to date with all service packs etc
Had a few problems with drivers, which thought was resolved and recently had 4 BSODs (occuring overnight)
Any help would be appreciated.

Run an sfc/scannow command in an elevated command prompt. If errors are found, run it twice more with each scan followed by a reboot.

Run a chkdsk on the system partition to check for bad sectors or system errors.

Boot into http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/666-advanced-boot-options.html and choose the Last Known Good Configuration option. This should start Windows with the last known registry and driver options that worked.

Test your RAM using Memtest86+. Let it run until 6-8 passes have completed or errors have been found.

Enable Driver Verifier. However before you do, it is advised that you create a system restore point and backup first.

Make sure all Windows updates are installed including the latest Service Pack.
