BSOD/Freeze and buzz when under heavy use

This issue seems to come and go. Sometimes it lasts for a long time before leaving for a long time. Generally it happens when the computer is under heavy load but it also occasionally happens when watching videos. Eventviewer never highlighted anything in particular except for me manually turning the computer off when it locks up.

I'm fairly certain it is related to software. I've run plenty of diagnostics and it all has come back clean. It doesn't happen when in safemode but the last few times I checked it froze when trying to load in "classpnp.sys". If there is anything I forgot to add then let me know.

So the issue is still there but since then the computer has begun freezing during times when im updating windows, watching a video or scanning for malware, so not when during heavy loads. I ran chkdsk for safe meassure but it didnt find anything.

Please uninstall everything of Nvidia using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from Nvidia. Be sure the clean install box is checked and only install the Graphics driver and the PhysX driver, you can use this tutorial to do so :ar: NVIDIA Drivers - Avoid Problems

I used DDU and reinstalled the latest non-beta driver from Nvidia but it froze again while idling in a game.

Are you sure? Because when I say freeze I mean fully locked up so that I had to pull the plug.

Edit: Just had a few more bluescreens, maybe there's something new in there?

I am sure, a freeze crash is not a BSOD crash. A BSOD crash is a crash where Windows caught a serious problem, a freeze crash is a problem Windows cannot catch because Windows cannot respond.

Either of the dumps are corrupted, I can't open them.

Diagnostic Test

 RAM TEST

Run MemTest86+ to analyse your RAM. MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 7 Forums

   Note
picture.php

MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 complete passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

Make a photo of the result and post it.

Addition:
If errors show up you can stop the test, remove all sticks but 1 and test this single stick in each slot for 8 passes or until errors show, switch sticks and repeat.
If errors show up and you see them a lot later, no problem, the errors don't affect the test.
