BSOD Fresh Win7 Ult x64 on Toshiba Tecra A9

Needing a little help,
Have a Toshiba Tecra A9 PTS53C-MJZ09C
Loaded Win 7 x64.
Device Manager Shows unknown device. (screen shot attached)
It's Intel Mem Boost Driver
Getting a BSOD on driver install instantly.

Have tested ram with mem test+86. passed
Have tested hdd all good there.
Have attached the .dmp files
