BSOD from Ndis.sys,ntoskrnl.exe & ataport.sys. DMP FILE INSIDE!

Basically ive been having the problem for a few months now, it wasnt as frequent BSOD to start but now the last 2 weeks its been every 2-3 hours, ive tried removing programs from the last few months and downloading driver after driver but i cant seem to find the source of the problem, if you need anymore info feel free to ask.

Are you using a USB PC Port adapter from 2Wire?

The driver, 2WirePCP.sys seems to have caused the Blue screen that generated the dump file.

I would get an updated driver.

yes i am, apparently 2wire sold out and Pace.com bought them, and they stopped making the driver or something the latest driver i have is there according to my ISP and pace.com!, im not sure what ill do. do i have to potiental get a new modem?

It appears that no Windows 7 drivers were ever written for it and since it is so old, it is doubtful there will be any.

You could try to install the driver in compatibility mode for XP.

Im just gonna call my ISP and get a new modem thats compatiable to Windows7, i think that should solve the problem?
