Hi

I've searched the web for solving BSOD related to volsnap.sys. It happens sporadically while the machine is on but I'm not doing something. Attached is output of the SF Diagnostic Tool. I searched the web on this, and I don't have TrendMicro installed. I've tried doing a sfc /scannow as well as a full chkdsk.
I welcome suggestions.

Thanks all

Can you upload the new dmp file . The version you have of Windows is not a salable version . I would see if you could get a refund and purchase another version . Home Premium , Professional or Ultimate . Ultimate is Home Premium and Professional in one .

We cannot help with a counterfeit copy of windows, it would be against forum rules, sorry.

Why are you saying this is counterfeit? I purchased a license from my academic institution and this is the volume license number they gave me... If you can tell me how I establish this is not a legitimate serial, I will go back to my institution's software licensing dept to get it corrected.
Thank you

Reason Koolkat77 said it could be a counterfeit is cause Enterprise Edition isn't a sellable version . Enterprise Edition is only given to MSDN and Technet subscribers .

Thanks for your help. I contacted the vendor of my windows license and they gave me the wrong license. I've entered a new one for windows 7 pro. Is my BSOD related to the license or should I now proceed to generate new dump files to upload to this forum with the correct, valid license?
Thanks all!
