BSOD gaming,general,everything error 0x0000003D

well this started a few months back but it didnt really have much constistency in doing it. I could be playing games or just on facebook doing anything even if i just left my computer on not doing anything it could bsod. Also it comes and goes sometimes it will happen a number of times a day and then it wouldn't happen for weeks. I had my computer since beginning of april when i first built it so its relitivly new, it try to keep as many drivers up to day as possible and i always check for windows updates using the windows updater

Motherboard= Asus Sabertooth P67 rev3
Memory= 8GB (2x4GB) Corsair DDR3 Vengeance 1600mhz
Graphics Card= 1GB Gainward GTX 560 Ti Golden Sample
Sound Card= Asus Xonar DX PCI-E Sound Card
Monitor= 24" ViewSonic VX2439WM Monitor

Two issues

1- Your McAffee. I would remove and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials

How to uninstall or reinstall supported McAfee consumer products using the McAfee Consumer Products Removal tool (MCPR.exe)

Virus, Spyware & Malware Protection | Microsoft Security Essentials


2-The crash was Related to mv91xx.sys magni Windows Driver from Marvell Semiconductor, Inc. I would remove it to test.

how come mcafe was one of the problems?

also what does the marvell semiconducter do and why was it causing the problems?
