I have currently re-installed win 7 the only software on the system is the software you wanted to grab the files and bluescreen view, chrome I believe that's it I tried many different things to figure out what the problem is as well as the clean install and the laptop still crashes as far as I can tell my drivers are up to date! After using the diagnostic tool I actually read through some of the info and think maybe one of the issues might be the fan?? my laptop is just going on 2yrs old so I can't see why anything else could really be wrong!! I'm really at a lost here PLEASE HELP ME!! I've done the mem check that came back fine although I haven't figured out how to see how hot the computer or components are ggrrr at this point installing or checking anything is a hit or miss because it will crash so fast

I've attached the requested info!!
Please and thank you for your time in advance!!

Hi and welcome to SF ladymflowers :).

The BSOD's you are experiencing, BCC 0x124, are of the most generic type which offer little information
as what is actually causing them.

A "stop 0x124" is fundamentally different to many other types of bluescreens because it stems from a hardware complaint. Stop 0x124 minidumps contain very little practical information, and it is therefore necessary to approach the problem as a case of hardware in an unknown state of distress. - H2SO4
All eleven dump files are pointing to the same core, bank and L1 cache data read error
so it seems as if we are dealing with a faulty CPU but I don't have the full picture as of yet
and thermals and RAM may be the factor in this case.

:ar: Test for thermals and stability:

  • Download HWinfo and post a Screenshot of the 'sensors only' window, one at idle and another while putting load on the PC using Prime95 for the CPU.
    • Before running Prime95 make sure to enable Round-off checking (see 1st post under the tutorial).

:ar: Reset the BIOS back to default:
   Note
Write down the current value of the SATA Mode!
Its either AHCI or IDE.
After resetting the CMOS go back and verify the value for SATA Mode is what it was
when the OS was installed.

:ar: Seeing you have two RAM sticks, please remove one and assess the situation.
Then do the same with the latter.

Keep us posted.

Can elaborate as to how you determined that the RAM is bad and did the PC crash while stress testing?
Why weren't you able to get a screenshot, did the PC freeze or anything of that nature?

Please don't make me fish for information as the more you give the better we can help you.
