Please upload your msinfo32.nfo file. To get this:

Start Menu -> Type msinfo32 into the Search programs and files box
-> When it opens, go to File, Save -> Save as msinfo32.nfo and save in a place you will remember
-> Let it finish the process of gathering and saving the system info
-> Right click the .nfo file, click send to compressed (zipped) folder
-> Upload the .zip file here.
Upload a screenshot of your hard disk using CrystalDiskInfo:
Make a hard drive test from the hard drive manufacturers website:
Run Disk Check on your hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it:
Take memtest. Run for 8 passes and test each stick in a know good slot for an additional 6 passes.
   Note
Pay close attention to part 3 of the tutorial in order to rule out the faulty stick.

   Information
Errors are sometimes found after 8 passes.

   Tip
Do this test overnight, before going to bed.

If Memtest86+ does not find any errors with ram run Windows Memory Diagnostics for 7-8 passes following its tutorial:

Hi thanks for your reply. Here's the file that u asked. And also a picture of the CrystalDiskInfo. I may know nothing about it but as the CrystalDiskInfo showed that the health of my HDD seem to be caution  and it makes my heart beat a little bit faster :( . As for now I'm running the Hard Drive Diagnostic. I'll give you the detail when it complete.

Drag the slider under 1 mark to a bit right. See the number under 2 mark is increasing from "1". Then drag it to the left most point, until the value under 2 mark comes to "0". Do it for the three sliders ... one by one.

Does it change anything?

Reduce items at start-up. Nothing except anti-virus is required plus improves the time for logging in windows.
Perform a System File Check to check the integrity of all protected Windows 7 :
  1. Click on the start :orb:
  2. Type CMD on Search
  3. Left click and Run as Administrator
  4. Type
    Code:
    SFC /scannow
Full tutorial here:
Daemon Tools:
Code:
Start Menu\Programs\DAEMON Tools Lite	Public:Start Menu\Programs\DAEMON Tools Lite	Public
Please uninstall DAEMON Tools. It uses a driver called sptd.sys which is known to cause BSODs in Windows 7. Uninstall the software using Add/Remove Programs. Reboot the system. Once the program is uninstalled, run sptd.sys uninstaller to remove the driver from your system.

As an alternative, many people recommend the use of Total Mounter or Magic ISO

Are you overclocking any hardware?

Look forward to the results from hard drive and memtest.
