BSOD happened twice within a short timeframe

Hello there,

In the past BSOD at my HP box seemed to occur after applying Windows 7 updates. After rolling back to the previous restore point it seems to be ok.

However BSOD happened twice recently (2014.07.04 and 2014.07.08) without applying any Windows updates. There are updates to Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and AVG 2014.

I've uploaded the files collected by DM Log Collector for your analysis.

Would really appreciate if you could help to identify the cause of the BSOD.

Okay so mwac.sys is the Malwarebytes Web Access Control.

And fwpkclnt.sys is a driver for the Firewall and IPSec.

The Error code you received is "Error code 19, BAD_POOL_HEADER. Usual causes: Device driver."

Please uninstall MalwareBytes. Then:

Please run Driver Verifier: http://www.sevenforums.com/crash-lockup-debug-how/65331-using-driver-verifier-identify-issues-drivers.html

   Warning

• Please don't follow these steps without the help/Recommendation of an expert
• If the Driver Verifier finds a violation, it will result in a BSOD

Also Perform windows updates.
