Hello, thank you to anyone reading this and will to help me.
I have just recent build this machine (3days ago to be exact), and since then i have had many a BSOD and now i am getting sick of it.
It tends to happen when i try to do more than one thing a lot of the time, e.g. downloading something in steam and opening another game(thats been the most frequient).

My system specs are:

Intel Core i5 2500k
Asus Masximus IV Gene-Z
G.Skill RipjawsX 8gb(2x4)
Noctua HD-D14
Evga GeForce GTX 560 ti
Seagate Barracuda 1tb 7200rpm 32mb cache SATA III (OS and Storage)
Hitachi 250gb SATA II (music drive)
OCZ 750w ZT
Windows 7 home premium 64bit sp1 OEM

This is what windows says when it recovers:
Problem signature:

Several software issues

Related to VirtuWDDM.sys LucidInterop WDDM Driver from Lucidlogix Inc.

Related to cfosspeed.sys cFosSpeed Driver from cFos Software GmbH.

Most of these are related to dxgmms1.sys (your DirectX driver)

I would start with a system file check

And you have done all the things recommended (like hardware acceleration, etc)?

That was way too quick to have been thorough

DO you have a backup?

Do you have the win 7 dvd to do a repair install?
