I have attempted to use whocrashed and tried some other things through MS tools but its a different crash almost every time I tried to reinstall win 7x64 but it didn't really help. I think I've posted everything correctly....I think. I Also Have an aver media c9800 but I took it out to see if this was the cause. I have also stress tested using prime95 memtest86 all passed. I have stress tested the graphics card with furb something no errors.

Hi thee3rdprophet.

Update your ATI/AMD display driver to the latest WHQL.
You can get it from the link in our forum, http://www.sevenforums.com/graphic-...alyst-video-driver-windows-7-a.html#post17671, or you may go to AMD Graphics Driver and Software and opt for Automatically Detect and Install the appropriate driver for your card.

During installation, you may opt for advanced installation, and install the display driver only, not the Catalyst Control Center.

Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.
If it start showing errors/red lines, stop testing. A single error is enough to determine that something is going bad there.

Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark.
Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark

Stress test the CPU.
Hardware - Stress Test With Prime95

Also, some BSODs reported the network driver is failing. It is doubtful, as the driver is not enough old to fail. Still, update it to the latest from Realtek . If the network driver is failing again, we have to think that something else is causing disturbances there.

Let us know the results.

All drivers were updated. I Installed windows 7 Pro on my laptop got the same crashes which was odd........IM Going to conclude the disc is toasted, or Win 7 pro is Junk, highly doubtful on both though as the crashes pointed at Realtak network driver\audio drivers which were both up to date. So in turn I move to windows 8.1 no crashes as of yet definite speed boost, to elaborate when I was running win 7 Pro x64 it was like a car with water in the gas tank. I don't know a whole lot when it comes to analyzing software (minidumps things of that nature) so I am in no way saying upgrading the OS will solve the issue, but in my case it did. Thank you ARC, and sevenforums for all the help.

Cheers
