This usually happens once or twice when I start up my PC, then after that its fine. It stopped doing this for months then just came back, I had this problem before with win7, i eventually bought a new SSD and installed windows 8, everything was fine, months later, its happening again 
, always with a different error message, this leads me to think maybe it is the GPU? Im using HDMI from the GPU to monitor. Have used DM Log Collector , and attached files, thank you !!
