I believe it crashes in safe mode, but not sure. I will boot to it and report back.

By the way, this is a fresh win7 install on a new hard drive.

It has been scanned for malware and rootkits with malwarebytes and malwarebytes rootkit scanners

I ran a burn in hardware diagnostic on all hardware including RAM (3passes memtest), Video, MB, USB, HDD etc. All passed.

I'm betting there's a driver issue. I found chipset and video updates on the intel site, but no joy after updating them :( Is there anything in the crash reports to indicate a driver?

Also it seems that the BSODs have been changing. I have attached a .txt from bluescreenview

Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.

If it start showing errors/red lines, stop testing. A single error is enough to determine that something is going bad there.

Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark.
Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark

Stress test the CPU.
Hardware - Stress Test With Prime95

Let us know the results.
