Are you running the SP1 Beta by any chance?

Start by updating ESET to the latest version: Best Free Antivirus Software Trial: Free Home, Business and Gaming Download from ESET

Next, remove Daemon Tools Lite and Alcohol 120%, as they use SPTD.sys. Then, Uninstall SPTD with this tool: http://www.duplexsecure.com/download/SPTDinst-v174-x86.exe
