BSOD Help - Page_Fault_In_Nonpaged_Area

I was just browsing the internet when my computer froze and I got a BSOD upon restarting. The BSOD error is Page_Fault_In_Nonpaged_Area. I am currently unable to login to windows so I can't access my dump files. A screenshot of the BSOD is attached. Please advise.

Does anyone know how I can access my dump files without login into windows? I have the BSOD loop so I am unable to login to windows.

I've managed to log into windows now. I deleted a potential corrupted file through CMD. My dump info should be attached.
