BSOD help please

I've been experiencing intermittent BSODs since I built this PC over a year ago, and the causes seem to have varied. For awhile, it would crash under heavy network usage, and consistently crashed while streaming video. That seems to have stopped now, and the BSODs are much less frequent, but still showing up. Attached is a report with the two latest crashes.
System:
Windows 7 x64, original OS, retail version
The system and Windows are around 1.5 years old.

No concrete proof but I suspect your symantec as it was a running process in both. I would remove it and replace with MIcrosoft Security essentials.

For awhile I had suspected Symantec, as the BSODs used to be almost always NETIO.SYS errors, and searches indicated that some people were having a problem with Norton. I uninstalled it thought, and it continued crashing quite often.

The machine also often freezes in games - I suspect this is a problem with the video card, as I have also tried to run FurMark and it freezes it up. I have a Radeon HD 5770.

Some additional troubleshooting info: Prime95 stress test fails, usually on at least one worker within a few minutes. I ran mem test with both sticks of memory in a week ago, and it failed on the 13th pass, about 13 hours into the test. Ran mem test for about 5 hours on each individual stick with no errors, than ran another test for at least 10 hours on both sticks, with no errors.

All drivers, BIOS, windows updates, etc are kept up to date.

I'm still getting frequent crashes, as well as lockups - this usually happens in Firefox, when right clicking a link to open in new tab. It just hangs for a bit, although I can still move the cursor, but not open a new tab, close anything, pull up Task Manager, etc. After maybe 30 seconds, the cursor then freezes as well and the system has to be rebooted. Latest blue screen report attached.
