Hi All,

My computer keeps crashing and I get the following message, any ideas what it could be that keeps making it do this? It is doing it twice a day and is making me pull my hair out.

I am running Windows 7 Professional - 32bit

First Read the BSOD Posting instructions. They will also need your dmp files which give the details of events leading up to the crashes. Go to C:/Windows/minidump Provide administrator permissions and copy the contents to your desktop. Right click the folder you just created abd select send to compressed zip file and upload the zip file with the next post. Next go to user CP at the top of this page and in the left column find system specs. Fill it out as complete as possible. It will be necessary to help with your BSOD problem. I am going to request this thread be moved to the Crashes and Debugging section. It will take people with the knowledge and experience to analize the dump files to find your problem.

I'd suspect you're having a hardware problem, from the looks of the report. Start with some hardware diagnostics; run each of the three Prime95 tests for a couple of hours, and Memtest86 for 8 passes.
