Good day, I hope you could help me in this problem. This happens all the time when I'm playing Minecraft, and even watching movies here at my desktop, and I think this happens because of LAG...

One way would be to purchase a full retail version of W7 - but, it might be hard to find that from a legitimate seller at this late date.
