Gigabyte EP45 series of boards tends to have memory issues with some brands of RAM
Please visit the Gigabyte and the G.Skill support pages to ensure that you have the correct settings/timings/voltages for your RAM.

Also, please try these diagnostics:
H/W Diagnostics:
Please start by running these bootable hardware diagnostics:
Memory Diagnostics (read the details at the link)
HD Diagnostic (read the details at the link)

Also, please run one of these free, independent online malware scans to ensure that your current protection hasn't been compromised: Malware (read the details at the link)

The dump files are all over the place - which is usually suggestive of a hardware issue. But, this driver is outdated: hcwPP2.sys Tue Feb 06 13:30:04 2007 It's a component of your WinTV PVR PCI II (v2) WDM Video Capture card. Please:
- download the latest drivers from the Hauppage webpage
- uninstall the drivers/software on your system
- install the freshly downloaded drivers
- monitor for further BSOD's

Would you suggest updating my bios? I did a some research and I see that my mobo has Q-Flash and that seems like the easiest and most fail safe, but I am still worried of the effects I could cause my pc.

So it looks like it is in IDE mode in bios. I did see that I have 2 hard drives set to master and one as a slave is that a problem?

Using memtest86+ v4.0 I see a few ram faults. I am going to attempt to change the settings

If you have errors with MemTest, then there's problems with your RAM.
Please try starting at Step 7 of this link: Memory Diagnostics

I don't think that the HDD settings are a problem - although I'll leave the final determination to someone who knows more about this than I do.

If it's set on IDE, then try it on AHCI
