Solved BSOD - help understanding dump please

Hi,

Posting this for a friend. He's got Windows 7 Ultimate. His PC keeps restarting and he gets this error:

His minidump files are attached. This just started this morning when he started up his PC. Last night was the first time that it had been switched off all night. He tries loading MSN and has trouble, and before he can try anything else, it seems to restart. It seems to be on now, but not sure for how long.

If someone could give us an idea what the problem could be based on the dump files, it would be really appreciated!

Hello,

Start by updating BitDefender, as it was the probable cause of three BSODs.

Also, install this updated Realtek network driver: Realtek

It's fully possible that the crashes are caused by Bit Defender and MSN using the network adapter.

In addition, have him run some hardware tests. Memtest86 is good to run overnight, and Prime95 takes maybe 2 hours.

Just thought I'd let you know everything is working fine now. He updated Bitdefender and the Realtek network driver, and hasn't had any problems since then.
