I was wondering if i could get some help with my computer. Computer just started crashing about a week ago and it still does from time to time.

Is Windows 7 . . .
- x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? x64
- the original installed OS on the system? Vista
- an OEM or full retail version? Full retail

- What is the age of system (hardware)? about year and a half
- What is the age of OS installation
about 6 months

Thank you for all the help

While the dump files are running, the most common error in the MSINFO32 file is the BSOD that's attributed to netw5v64.sys - a component of your Intel WiFi Link 5100 AGN wireless card. (the dump files confirm this issue)

To start, please download a fresh copy of the latest version from the Intel Download Center ( http://downloadcenter.intel.com )
Then uninstall the current drivers/software
Then install the freshly downloaded version
Then monitor for further BSOD's

I question issues with Norton Internet Security, Daemon Tools/Alcohol and the Catalyst Control Center - but don't do anything with them just yet.

Update your Touchpad and your Bluetooth software/drivers as they are from 2008.

If the BSOD's continue after this, please post back.
