Need help with this BSOD

happening for days.

my hardware:
Asus Sabertooth P65
i7 2600k
Asus HD4770 graphics
Creative ExtremeMusic
Avermedia Duo Tuner PCIe 2
3 X 2GB Team Extreem 1600MHz (yes i know this is for triple channel :))

If you wish to have others assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder. The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
* Briefly describe the problem history and circumstances in the same post. Somebody will attend to your query as soon as possible.

this is the file i could extract out, i just had 4 BSOD in a row within 3 mins.
