BSOD Help!!!!

I am becoming so frustrated with my machine and with my limited knowdlege of PC's cannot understand why the PC keeps crashing. It happens when i browse sites and checking the system on reboot i cannot understand why this is happening.

This is what i get upon reboot.

Note that when system restarts my keyboard is disabled temporary so i have to wait 30 seconds for countdown and cannot select the option presented on the black screen.

Any help would be so appreciated.

unfortunately that doesn't really help us a whole lot, what we really need are the minidump files.

Where do i locate these and how many files are there?
