BSOD help !!!

I'm using vmware and running 5 virtual machines (win2k3). Unfortunately, I double click on Black Ops, the game running and minimize to taskbar. Then I use Task Manager to end it and I got a BSOD. As I guest, it may because of Ram overloading. So any help would be very thankful.

Specs:
Windows 7 Pro 64bit
Retail version
Lappy: Dell Inspiron 15R
Bought on January 2011
Ram 4Gb, CPU core i5 2.67GHz, VGA Ati HD5650, HDD Seagate 500GB.

The usual causes for BSOD is hardware failure. Might wanna scan for viruses and if you have new software installed recently then try removing it. Check if your fan works and check if you dont have bad memory.

Run a hardware diagnostic and memory diagnostic, check if ur fan is working fine and check for viruses.

Enable Driver Verifier and wait for your computer to BSOD then upload the latest .zip
