Following jcgriff2 instructions. I have attached the ZIP that contains the BSOD Dump & System File Collection information, System Health Report along with the MiniDump Files.

Started getting the BSOD and slowness about a month ago. Just needed help on finding out the root cause OR something to lead me in the right direction so I do not have to spend so much time taking apart and rebuilding the computer one piece at a time blindly. I want to be able to start at the most logical piece of hardware pertinent to my error messages.

- x86 (32-bit) or x64 ?
Windows 7 x64
- the original installed OS on the system?
Vista
- an OEM or full retail version?
OEM - Self Installed

- What is the age of system (hardware)?
Majority of the System Hardware was bought and put together in March 2009.
Added More RAM Recently
Switched out GPUs Recently

- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?)
After multiple BSOD, I have re-installed the OS. Yesterday was the last time. Issues are still occurring.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Your crashes are blaming your Windows tcpip driver. It is most likely your network driver causing this so let's try updating this first

Code:
yk62x64.sys Mon Feb 23 10:02:27 2009 (49A2BA83)
Marvell: Download Drivers

Hello. The BSOD did not happen in a couple days instead of its usual 3 to 4 times a day, but it did happen again. I am not sure what happened this time. I got home last night to find that my PC just recovered from a BSOD. Attached is all the data that I think is needed to help find out the cause of it.

Thanks for all the help you all provide. It is greatly appreciated. Happy 4th! :)

It is the same BSOD as the others. I see you have PC Tools installed. Try removing that from your computer. Sometimes software with internet security can cause bugchecks like this.
