Hey All,

Hope all is well. I have recently been getting a blue screen of death randomly. Right before I get the BSOD both of my monitors (running dual) flash and show multiple colors (It kind of looks like vomit) and then the BSOD occurs. This leads me to believed its a video card or driver issue. I have uninstalled an video drivers and still get the screen. Here is the info from Windows.
I am also attaching the Debug file.

Welcome to the forum hpcalhoun,

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable!:-

atikmdag.sys Fri Apr 24 16:51:57 2009 (49F199CD)
ATI Video driver (remove the Catalyst Control Center and only install the Display Driver)
Driver Reference Table - atikmdag.sys

amdiox64.sys Thu Feb 18 21:17:53 2010 (4B7D5A21)
AMD IO Driver
Driver Reference Table - amdiox64.sys

AtiPcie64.sys Wed Mar 10 20:33:45 2010 (4B97ADC9)
AMD PCIE Filter Driver[br]Found in my ATI video drivers (I have an Intel chipset)
Driver Reference Table - AtiPcie64.sys

To perform a clean install of a driver, follow this tutorial:
Use Revo Uninstaller to uninstall stubborn software. Opt for Advance Mode while uninstalling which allows you to remove leftover registry:-
Reduce items at start-up:
Perform a clean boot:
Run the System File Checker that scans the of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:
Run Disk Check on your hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it:
Replace Avast! with MSE.

Recommended antivirus program for Windows 7 based on stability compared to others:-
:warn: Do not start the free trial of Malware Bytes; remember to deselect that option when prompted.

I think I have done most everything. How should I check to see if there is still an error? Should I attach another debug file?

The crash dump is not supplying enough information about the BSOD, but the event log is showing something vital:
Event[404]:
Log Name: System
Source: Service Control Manager
Date: 2014-05-06T18:42:11.084
Event ID: 7000

Description:
The AODDriver4.1 service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the path specified.
AMD Overdrive is always problematic. On a custom build computer, you should not have installed it in the first place.

I'd recommend you to http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219576-clean-up-factory-bloatware.html, with a special reference to Point #13
13. Consider a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 which is often better than getting a new computer considering how pre-installed bloatware can corrupt Windows 7 even if it's completely cleaned up.

I assumed that would be my next option. I was trying to prevent that luckily I just built it in December so there isn't much to back up.
