You might try giving the computer a few hours' break, then start Memtest again. That may identify another RAM issue.

Perhaps I knocked a cord out... Anyways, thanks again for responding, I am going to give it a break.

The problem does seem to be the RAM, I thank you guys again for helping, I will replace them when I can.
After resetting them everyone worked fine, but again, I will replace. Thanks so much again.
