Hi,

I keep on getting BSOD and I can't figure out why

the system is
-x64
-originally there was vista installed on the pc, but I received a free 7cd from hp and installed it myself.
-The system is about a year old with 7 being a month or two older

My problems have persisted for a couple of months now without any very obvious cause-effect relationship that I can figure out.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated

There is an issue with your Realtek card reader. Please visit the HP website and download the appropriate drivers for this device and install them. Check in Device Manager to make sure the device is functioning properly after installing the drivers.

In the event that this doesn't fix it, try disconnecting it from your motherboard - that will tell you if it's the problem that your system is experiencing. This is most likely a hardware problem - and if it's not the RealTek Card Reader then we'll have to check other things.
