Hi there.
I have this company laptop with recurring BSOD (in reality most of the times no one see them but a Kernel-Power 41 error is set in the events) and reboots 10 minutes after a hibernation, suspension or shutdown is commanded. It doesn't happen each time but it's becoming more frequent.
OS, drivers and SW are all up to date.
I had already had replaced by HP motherboard, CPU and RAM without solving the issue. Reinstalling the OS and all the professional SW just to try is out question as it would require 2 full days of down time for the user. I've already run the dm log collector utility but there is too much confidential information in the produced zip file I cannot post it straight away.
I have a few minidumps caused by (according to Nirsoft BlueScreenView) hprpusbh.sys+4401 and hprpusbh.sys+a9f2 which is the proprietary HP Remote Graphics Hub but others are caused by ntoskrnl.exe+72a40 and more recently ntoskrnl.exe+752aa.
Any hints in the right direction to pinpoint the issue would be greatly appreciated.
