BSOD id 41 Kernel-power

For some time I have been getting the BSOD. It started when i was listening to music and browsing the internet. Today laptop crashed while i was playing.

Which antivirus do you use? Scan the system for possible virus infection with the following programs.

• Anti-rootkit utility TDSSKiller
• Windows Defender Offline

Update Atheros AR9485WB-EG Wireless Network Adapter from Drivers for Atheros AR9485WB and Windows 7

Update the Intel HD Graphics Driver, either from our forum link, http://www.sevenforums.com/graphic-...-graphics-driver-windows-7-a.html#post2166304, or You may get it from Intel Download Center.
Moreover, you may run the Intel (R) Driver Update Utility to auto detect the appropriate driver for your computer.

Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.

So i've done (almost)everything you told me and... memtest has found some errors. However, I can't test ram modules one by one, because of the warranty.

So i've done (almost)everything you told me and... memtest has found some errors. However, I can't test ram modules one by one, because of the warranty.

If memtest shows errors, no further testing is needed. What is needed here is to determine that whether it is a RAM issue or motherboard issue. But for that, stick by stick memtest is necessary.

As you cannot do it, and it is within warranty, RMA the RAM. Let us know after getting the replacement, that how it is working.
