BSOD in Normal mode but works fine in Safe mode

Recently purchased this all in one PC on second hand. It initially had Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit Japanese OS. I installed Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit English OS after purchasing and installed the Drivers from the DVD which came along with the PC. Ran windows update till date. But got BSOD many times. Thinking of Hard drive issue, changed the hard disk first time with another used one and next time with newly purchased one.

All the time installed Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit English OS and installed the Drivers from the DVD which came along with the PC. Ran windows update till date. But in all 3 hard disks getting the BSOD error.

Installed Microsoft Security Essentials each time and checked for virus. Ran Dell Diagnostics downloaded from Dell website and found no issues.

Got "Session "Microsoft Security Client OOBE" stopped due to the following error: 0xC000000D" error on Event viewer many times. After searching some forums deleted MSE.

Ran the SF diagnotic utility and uploading the file for your reference.

Please help me to overcome this issue.

Attachment in the current thread SF_02-09-2013.rar is SF Diagnostic Tool run in Normal mode. (Somehow no BSOD during this short time, able to get the file and post it).
