Solved BSOD in Safe Mode 0x000000f4

I seem to be always getting BSOD while entering Safe Mode and Safe Mode with Command Prompt only.

Entering in Normal Mode or Safe Mode w/ Networking seems fine. Safe Mode w/ Networking is the only way for me to enter Safe Mode as the other two options will constantly crash the system.

Just noticed this recently, I remember entering Safe Mode about a month back. The only new things I've done is update my antivirus to the latest, installed Internet Explorer 11 and updated my Graphics Card (Intel HD 4600). Already tried uninstalling all three and the BSOD still occurs.

Also, I've noticed the only way there to be a memory dump is for me to first enter Safe Mode w/ Networking then reboot to Safe Mode. Otherwise, no dump is made.

To debug a stop 0xF4, the msinfo32.nfo file is more important than the crash dumps, and unfortunately that one that you uploaded dis corrupted.

Please upload your MSINFO32.nfo file one more time.

1. Click on the start button
2. Type "msinfo32" (without quotes) in the search bar of the start menu, click the resulting link. It will open the System Information window.
3. File>Save. In the "File Name" filed, put "MSINFO32" (without Quote), give the save location to desktop, and click the "save" button.
4. Give the time for processing, it will save a .nfo file on your desktop.
5. Zip it, and upload it following the instruction.

First of all, make it sure that the SSD is having the latest firmware.

According to Samsung Magician, I already have the latest firmware.

Next, update the Asmedia ASM 106x SATA Controller Sata6G (Drivers) from Station-Drivers - Asmedia drivers & firmwares (not the firmware option).

Does it make any difference?

Sorry for the late reply, I was cloning my OS to a different drive to eliminate the possibility of the SSD to be at fault but it still BSOD's at Safe Mode. I have also updated the Asmedia SATA Controller, still the same result. Still can't enter Safe Mode.

I figured out what was wrong w/ Safe Mode. Apparently I recently ran the command "netsh rpc add 127.0.0.0". That was what was causing the BSODs. Setting it back to default via "netsh rpc reset" solved everything.

Lesson of the day: Don't mess w/ the RPC.
