BSOD in sleep mode ntoskrnl DIRVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE

Every time I close my laptop and put it in sleep mode then I attempt to wake it my laptop gets a BSOD. I don't actually see the blue screen when I open the laptop I have to boot it up again by pressing the power button. All drivers are up to date. I really have no idea what is causing the problem. Attached are my dump files.

Edit: Daemon tools is a known cause to BSoDs, suggest you uninstall it.

Plus you have way too many applications at start-up. Keep no items on start-up except
the antivirus > VGA & Audio drivers.

I tried installing the newest driver for this but when it is installing the installer just hangs forever. It never completes installing. I've tried installing from Windows device manager as well as from Intel. I've let it go for hours and it doesn't complete...

OK nevermind, I was able to uninstall the old driver and installed the new one. Will report with what happens. Thank you!

Actually they did reoccur randomly twice since then. One on the 7th of this month and one today. Should I reupload my dump files?

Uninstall from control panel and delete the remnants with Driver Sweeper reinstall the drivers again

I don't see any files for that driver in the "driver inspection" part of the program. The only Intel drivers it detects are "Intel Chipset" and "Intel Display"

I think a http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1649-clean-install-windows-7-a.html will eliminate the issues you are having now. Remember to install the drivers that you downloaded recently, not the old ones.
