I am running OEM Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit and have had several crashes in the last few days. Can anyone help in reviewing the dump files? The carsh this morning occurred while paging through web mail. Most seem to indicate that tdx.sys is causing the problem.

System specs were saved to the file 'System Specs.txt' in the attached zip file.

It looks like your BSOD is caused by your AntiVirus
Avast.
Go to their website and use the uninstall tool to remove completely.
Then replace with microsoft security essentials.

I have been using Avast for a while. Are you sure that it's the software? How does Microsoft Security Essentials compare to avast? Thanks for your help.

You have posed a subjective question. About 1/2 our membership (including myself think that Essentials is the best). Essentials was made just for Windows. Most other Anti Virus cause problems, including BSOD. If it were my computer I would use Essentials.
