BSOD in windows 7

Hi i just bought a pc from my buddy and installed windows 7 on it when it had vista on it. Im pretty sure it had the same problems with vista has it does with 7 but i thought i had it fixed by recoverying the pc back to factory settings. Any way i have all the drivers up to date but i keep getting a bsod i have had this problem for awhile some times it happens right after i turn it on some times it wont do it for days. it is a gateway gm5478 i have downloaded a debugging tool to try helping me but im not quit getting it. attached is a copy of what i got when i ran the debugger. Any help would be very greatful. Thank you.

The text file that you uploaded points to a networking driver for Windows (tcpip.sys)
As such, I'd suggest replacing your current networking drivers with fresh one's.

The uploaded BSOD's also blame tcpip.sys, but e1e6032.sys is present in the stack text - a component of the Intel(R) PRO/1000 Adapter NDIS 6 deserialized driver.

So, I'd do this:

Driver Removal and Reinstallation
Please do the following:
- download a fresh copy of the latest Win7 version of the program for this driver from the Intel website (not from Windows Update or from the Update driver function in Device Manager). If there are no Win7 drivers, post back for further instructions on installing Vista drivers using Compatibility mode.
- uninstall the current version from your system
- install the freshly downloaded version
- check to see if you have any further BSOD's

Also, please update these older drivers as soon as you are able to:
