so i ve been getting intermittent BSOD crashes....more frequently lately ( every 15 mins) sometimes goes for 304 days wo one.
I leave my pc on...seems to happen more when im stressing pc maybe? Like playing 3 copies of EVE online at once...
No hardware changes in maybe 6 months or more when i upgraded my vid card
system is dell XPS 720
quad core q6600 at 2.4g
4 gig corsair dominator ram 1066mhz ( 2 x2gig sticks) was wireless but switched back to ethernet to min problems..
MSI Geforce 460GTX 1024 MB DDR5 PCI-Express 2.0 Graphics Card Hawk
I did replace PSU when a few times after crash wouldn't restart and the blinking amber led on front of case was consistent with reported bad PSU on dells...
Now a 1000 watt dell psu from 750
Running Win 7 Pro 64 bit. Did clean install from a "student special - really legit" offer form MS where u downloaded dvd ( what a pain but was $30)
here is Crash report from windows when i reboot:

Im tempted to just reinstall windows again as this install is prob...well whenever win 7 came out!...but don't want to attempt an install if im having hardware problems....
Any suggestions appreciated as im at wits end!
thanx!
Frank
